Founded in 1985, Cowater International is a leading global development consulting company headquartered in Ottawa with corporate hubs in Brussels, London (UK), Montreal, and Nairobi. Cowater International currently administers three aid for trade projects for Canada and the UK. Under these projects, Cowater International contracts individual experts and consulting firms on a competitive basis to work with governmental and nongovernmental partners across the developing world to implement their trade and development agendas.

Cowater International is partnering with OWIT-Ottawa on this event to increase the number of female experts and women-owned firms that bid for, and successfully implement, these projects.
