Carole-Anne Nadeau is a Commercial Account Manager for SME at the National Bank of Canada. Working mostly in the Outaouais region, she helps and supports the growth of local companies by providing financing and cash flow solutions. Prior to joining National Bank, Carole-Anne worked at Export Development Canada in the Commercial Medium and Small Business department, supporting the Ottawa and Greater Toronto region. She also developed her family business by exporting maple syrup and attending various trade shows in France, Mexico and Japan over the years. Carole-Anne has experience with Agri-Food certifications for export, labeling, supplier sourcing and event planning. Additionally, she has experience in working with international logistics and customs.
Carole-Anne graduated from the International Trade Diploma from Brighton College and is currently a Certified International Trade Professional. She also most recently earned the Certified Banking and Credit Analyst certification from the Corporate Finance Institute. Carole-Anne speaks fluently French, English and Portuguese, and has a good knowledge of Spanish.

Avant de se joindre à la Banque Nationale, Carole-Anne a travaillé chez Exportation et Développement Canada dans le secteur des marchés commerciaux et petites entreprises, supportant la grande région de Toronto et d’Ottawa. Elle a aussi développé la compagnie familiale en exportant des produits d’érable et en assistant à plusieurs foires commerciales en France, au Mexique ainsi qu’au Japon. Carole-Anne a de l’expérience avec la certification agroalimentaire pour l’exportation, l’étiquetage, la recherche de fournisseur à l’étranger et la planification d’évènements. Elle a aussi de l’expérience en logistique internationale et régulations douanières. Carole-Anne a gradué du diplôme en commerce international du Collège Brighton en Colombie-Britannique. Elle est une professionnelle certifiée en commerce international et a plus récemment obtenu le titre d’analyste certifiée en crédit bancaire, octroyé par le Corporate Finance Institute. Carole-Anne parle couramment le français, l’anglais ainsi que le portugais, et a une bonne connaissance de l’espagnol.
