Vicki J. Campbell is a Senior Project Manager at Cowater International. She manages the Expert Deployment Mechanism for Trade and Development (EDM), a seven-year trade and development project funded by Global Affairs Canada. The EDM project provides technical assistance to eligible trading partners around the world to maximize the positive development impacts of their trade and investment agreements with Canada.
Vicki is a seasoned program manager with over 20 years of global experience in managing projects in a variety of sectors, including trade, public sector reform, education, and health, among others. She is a strong advocate for gender equality and women’s empowerment, with a focus in her current work on women’s economic inclusion in the context of international trade. Prior to joining Cowater International, Vicki worked at the World University Service of Canada (WUSC), the Institute of Public Administration of Canada, Canadian Nurses Association and Universalia Management Group
